How to Delete Your Account: You can permanently wipe your entire history directly within the application by navigating to the management dashboard header and clicking the Delete Account button.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
By providing your mobile phone number to your examiner or insurance representative and verbally consenting to receive SMS updates, or by opting in via the ExaminerOS portal, you explicitly consent to receive transactional automated text messages (such as scheduling links, exam notifications, and appointment confirmations) from ExaminerOS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of service or purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on user activity. Typically, end-users receive 1 initial invitation text and 1 confirmation text per scheduled evaluation.
Pricing Disclosure: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
Opt-Out & Help: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to stop receiving messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. For assistance, reply "HELP" to any message or contact support.
